About FootGssr

FootGssr is a free daily football guessing game built for fans of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Every 24 hours a new mystery player is chosen from the pool of stars expected to shine in North America, and your job is to name them using as few clues as possible.

The idea came from those endless debates between friends: who's the most in-form striker right now? Which defender is quietly running the show for their national team? FootGssr turns that pub-argument energy into a two-minute daily ritual — no accounts required, no spoilers, just you against the clue list.

What makes it different

• World Cup focused. Only players tied to the 2026 tournament, not a generic footballer database.
• Progressive clues. Ten hand-written hints per player, ordered from cryptic to obvious.
• Global leaderboard. Compare your daily score against the top 30 players worldwide.
• Trilingual. Every clue is written in Catalan, Spanish and English by a real human — not machine translated.
